The Origin of HealthTalk
After more than a year and a half of intensive development, we believe our HealthTalk LLM has become one of the frontrunners in mental healthcare. Our early and innovative approach has enabled us to offer a smart solution before similar initiatives have become market-ready.
- Start of the Digital Doctor project (now HealthTalk).
- Start of the Itea3 Daisy project with GGZ Oost Brabant (eating disorders).
- First live implementation of our LLM model in a limited-use environment to collect real-time data and feedback that contributes to optimizing the model.
- Development of our own LLM model that learns from every conversation.
- Patients can schedule an appointment in HealthTalk.
- Intake forms based on certified questionnaire modules.

- As we see it, systems like HealthTalk will inevitably be considered process support tools for “intended use.” Naturally, this means that our current ISO27001 and NEN7510 certifications will need to be supplemented with ISO13485 (Medical Device). We expect to obtain this certification in the course of 2025. We comply with the AI Act and the updated Digital Care Assessment Framework issued by the Inspectorate on May 6, 2024.
