The exploratory conversation (verkennend gesprek)

The exploratory conversation is part of the Mental Health Network (MGN). It focuses on finding solutions that work for that exact patient.

Explore your strengths: Together, we identify the patient’s personal strengths and goals and set out a care plan.
Collaborative discussion: The patient will have the conversation with a healthcare provider, and possibly a peer support specialist.
Together, stronger: Patients can invite a partner, family member, or close friend for additional support. We will recognize the people in the conversation with 99% accuracy.
Holistic approach: The conversation addresses not only mental health but other aspects of life affecting your well-being.
Integration with the mental care workflow: Healthcare providers can tailor their exploratory talk based on the relevant workflows and organizational preferences for better outcomes.
All data in one place: Providers will be able to get data from all 8,400 Dutch healthcare institutes and any PGO (Personal Health Environment).

Automated reporting
