Dear reader, keep in mind there is a continuous development happening and this is not the final product. The article reflects on the current capabilities of the application for the "Patient" users.

Taking into consideration the current implementation of the User's perspective, the Patient's flow is quite simple and is primarily focused on being able to receive and answer the call from the Healthcare provider.

In the current implementation, for the patient users, we advise using the web version of the application on mobile devices. You can simply access the application by scanning the following:

What is coming next for the Patients?

  1. Digital Consult booking mechanism where Patients will be able to book the digital consult by themselves
  2. HealthBot - Similar to a chatbot, Patients would be given a series of questions to reply to before the digital consult is scheduled so that Healthcare providers could come up more prepared on the consultation.
  3. Medical History - Patients will be able to share their basic medical data and medical history with the Healthcare providers
  4. Reporting - After a consult, Patients would receive a report where Healthcare providers would some up what has been discussed and what are the next steps.
