SOEP Module

SOEP Module
?
In this article, you will find out what the SOEP module is and how it is used.

SOEP Module represents 4 separate tables that contain specific keywords detected during the call between the Healthcare provider and the patient.

These four tables represent the following:
1. Subjective - shows the specific keywords said only by the patient.
2. Objective - shows the specific keywords said by the doctor.
3. Estimate/Assesment - shows the specific keywords said by the doctor.
4. Plan - shows the specific keywords said by the doctor.

SOEP model is completely automated during the call. As the conversation continues between a healthcare provider and the patient, a transcript of the call is created, the text is analyzed and all keywords identified as existing keywords in the clinical vocabulary are inserted in one of the 4 tables of the SOEP module based on previously defined parameters.

?
After the call is done - The healthcare provider still has control over the content in the SOEP tables. It can be manually removed or entered

In case Healthcare provider finds out that specific keywords are not needed in the table, by a simple hover over with the mouse, trashcan icon will appear and it can be deleted from any of the 4 tables.

On the other side, if Healthcare provider identifies that something really important is missing in the tables - it can be manually added by clicking on the "+" icon for a table where the information should be stored.
